NYSAC Delivers Testimony on Water Infrastructure Funding Reform

On December 10, 2021, the New York State Association of Counties, along with the NYS Association of County Health Officials (NYSACHO) and the Conference of Environmental Health Directors delivered testimony at a legislative forum on water infrastructure funding.
