SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER

The Oswego County Health Department has an immediate opening for a Special Education Teacher to provide educational services to children in the Early Intervention Program.

Qualifications: Possession of a current permanent New York State Certification as a Special Education Teacher and two (2) years of experience working with children with disabilities; OR  Possession of a current New York State Professional certificate as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities (birth to 2nd grade) and two (2) years of experience working with children with disabilities.

Salary Range:  $54,796 to $63,705 plus competitive benefit package including: overtime; health and life insurance; NYS Retirement; and Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
