2025 NYSAC Federal Legislative Program

Ahead of the NACo 2025 legislative conference, NYSAC has released our 2025 legislative program with several recommendations for our congressional delegation to consider as they negotiate the budget reconciliation process, debt-ceiling negotiations, and policy priorities for the 119^th congress.

Some of these federal priorities include, making a concerted effort to advancing rural cellular coverage, addressing unfair SALT federal tax limits, and strengthening the system of care for our veterans.
